Application Process for Framingham State University

 

Applicants must apply directly to Framingham themselves.  One must mail in the application form and all related documents, online applications are not accepted for the International Program.

Applications are ongoing until a cohort is filled (22 students maximum). Once a cohort is filled, we will open a wait-list in case of anyone that drops out.

Remember to include the application fee when applying. This can be a bank check placed in your application pack or a wire transfer to Framingham's account. Information about this can be found under "Fees and Payment".

A full application MUST include:

  •  Application for Graduate Admission Form (see attached)
  • An official copy of their undergraduate degree and transcripts from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
  •  Professional resume
  • Two letters of recommendation are required.  Those recommending the student should attach the recommendation letter to the cover sheet (see attached).   One letter must be from an employer or supervisor, and the other letter can be from a colleague or faculty member who has taught the candidate at the collegiate level (if candidate has attended classes in the last five years). (The sealed recommendation letters from Korea can go in the application pack)
  • A 500-word typed essay on the applicant's philosophy of teaching and education.
